Dear Redeemer Family,
Today we are presenting Colton Wilson as our Connections Director and Haylee Wilson as our Kids Director. In the fall of 2024 we hired them both on fixed-term contracts. Having observed them now for the last six months, we believe bringing them onto our staff full-time is the right thing to do. Haylee has done a wonderful job with Kids Ministry on all fronts with great hopes for the future, and Colton has proven himself quite helpful in developing our Assimilation Ministry, rebuilding our website (coming soon), teaching in various ministries, and more. We’re excited about them both, and would love them to join the team!
So, please take the next week or two to pray and provide feedback to the Elder Team concerning Colton and Haylee. After prayer, please fill out the Feedback Form Concerning Colton and Haylee Wilson (below) and get your feedback to us by 12:00 noon on April 6. You can (1) fill out the form below (2) complete a paper copy at the Church and return it to the giving box or Katie Kattner in the front office.
After collecting all of the forms, the Elder Team will take your feedback into consideration, do any necessary follow up, and then move on by either inviting Colton and/or Haylee to join our team or setting the proposal aside.
So, please seek the Lord and provide your feedback in a timely manner (by 12:00 noon on April 6).
